Rotary Screen Printing offers stunning print quality on a variety of substrates.
Today, there are many options for printing but rotary screen printing still leads the market.
O ECOTEXTILES stated in 2012 that “Estimates indicate that this technique controls approximately 65% of the printed fabric market worldwide”
Here are 5 reasons why.
FACT- Rotary Screen Printing uses precision cut stencils (screens) to create an image. Multiple screens can be used to create a multi-color design and can produce vivid colors and intricate designs.
FACT- You don’t have to sacrifice quality. Rotary Screen Printing not only produces crisp lines and detailed images but inks penetrate the fabric and holds color better and longer than digital printing.
FACT- One of the highlights of Rotary Screen Printing is the design is applied as the fabric moves through the machine. This allows for large quantities of goods to be produced.
FACT- Production speeds of rotary screen presses vary based on the complexity of the design, the type of material, and the ink or chemistry used.
FACT- The Rotary Screen Printing process produces a variety of effects. As a result, the rotary screen printing process is used in many industries, including: clothing, medical devices, printed electronics, and textile fabrics, and more.
